The SKB Military Standard Waterproof Case (Empty) is a water and airtight gasket seals submersible case, made from an injection molded polypropylene copolymer resin that is also impact-resistant. This case is designed to be UV, solvent, corrosion and fungus-resistant.
A pressure equalization valve is included to balance the ambient and enclosed gases that accumulate during transit. This helps maintain the integrity of the case's seal. Accessing the interior is via a four trigger release latch system. The rear hinge is molded-in for strength. The carry handle features a rubber over-molded cushioned grip. There are locking loops that will accept a user-supplied lock.
