Ideal for Mac and Windows systems, it utilizes a USB Type-C interface, known for its compact and reversible design, and it's compatible with Thunderbolt 3 and USB 3.0 devices. This Atom SSD delivers rapid data transfer rates of up to 550 MB/s when connected, ensuring efficient content storage.
The Glyph Technologies 4TB Atom is preformatted for HFS+ with Journaling and compatible with Time Machine, letting it work right out of the box with a Mac. Reformatting is required for use with a Windows system. With a lightweight and rugged design, the Atom is well suited for the rigors of daily travel. For compatibility with a wide range of USB products, Glyph includes a cable for directly connecting the Atom to USB-C and Thunderbolt 3 systems along with a second cable that creates a connection with computers having a standard USB-A port.
