The Glyph Technologies 44TB Blackbox PRO RAID 2-Bay RAID Array (2 x 22TB, USB-C 3.2 Gen 2) is a 10 Gb/s compatible USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 desktop storage system outfitted with (2) 22TB enterprise class 7,200 rpm, 3.5" SATA drives for a whopping 44TB of raw storage. With two of these, you could store well over 80 hours of 4K video or high-res RAW photos-or any other data you want to carry with you. Built in hardware-based RAID controls instantly configure the dual drive array into RAID 0 to get maximum capacity and speeds up to 550 MB/s or into RAID 1 to provide data redundancy, all with the push of a button. The Blackbox PRO is preformatted for Mac users, so you can plug in and start using it right out of the box. Windows users need to re-format with the Glyph Technologies 44TB Blackbox PRO RAID 2-Bay RAID Array (2 x 22TB, USB-C 3.2 Gen 2).

The Blackbox PRO RAID features a comprehensive 3-year hardware warranty, which includes the cables, in addition to two years of Level 1 data recovery and one year of advanced replacement.

USB-C 3.2 Gen 2

The USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 connection can transfer up to 10 Gb/s with compatible devices and is designed to work with Thunderbolt 3 and USB 3.0 systems using the included cables.

Dual Drive RAID System

This desktop drive system includes two enterprise class 7200 rpm, 3.5" 22TB drives with data transfer speeds of up to 550 MB/s.

Hardware-Based RAID

With hardware-based RAID 0, 1, JBOD, and SPAN support, you can configure your Blackbox PRO RAID system without having to deal with finicky software solutions. Use the convenient switches to configure the system for RAID 0 to maximize speed and usable capacity or RAID 1 for data redundancy.

Cool Under Pressure

The rugged aluminum shell acts as a heatsink keeping the internal hard drive at its optimal temperature to deliver higher sustained speeds.

Time Machine Ready

The Blackbox PRO is formatted for Mac computers and is Time Machine compatible right out of the box. You can reformat the drives for Windows.
