The Pro Tapes Pro Sheen Metalized Polyester Film Mylar Tape -2 Inches x 36 Yards - Gold is made with biaxially oriented polyethylene terephthalate (BOPET) polyester film. Each roll measures at 1" wide by 108' long. This is primarily used for splicing in high temperature applications and for a sensing tape for automated equipment used in sorting and counting. It can also be used in photo sensing applications to detect splices to facilitate roll change-over. Filmtools carry a selection of metallic reflective tapes of different colors and sizes.
