After ordering what I thought was the repair kit I needed from another vender it was not the correct kit for the pedal I have. I found your company online and again ordered what I thought was the correct repair kit. Your representative, Jesse, emailed me to verify what pedal I was repairing. I recieved the correct repair kit in a timely manner and had the pedal repaired in time for band rehearsal. I commend Jesse and your shipping depatment I feel he went above and beyond to be sure I got the correct part. Especially for such a small order. I will definitely use your company for anything else i might need. THANK YOU
